AT&T mailed a new modem to me and I have to return the old one. But to where? I don't find any instructions.

Go to your local UPS store. Give them your account number and the gateway. They will return it to att. Keep your receipt. It will be your only proof that you dropped it off at UPS.

I don't have a ups store in my town only drop locations. Can I get a return label for a drop location. I have to drive 30 miles for a The UPS Store or a FedEx Office.

If you are more than 10 miles from a UPS or FedEx location, call CS and request a return label.
