My OBi200 (google Voice) stops working when connected to BGW210-700.
Today I switched my internet service to AT&T U-verse and my router is BGW210-700.
Once I connected my OBi200 to BGW210, I couldn't get a dial tone. The tone I got is the same as the one I got as if my ethernet cable is not connected.
I have opened these ports under the Firewall -> NAT/Gaming page:
Allow Outgoing:
TCP Ports: 6800, 5222, 5223
UDP Ports: 5060, 5061, 10000 to 11000, 16600 to 16998, 19305
Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000
But it's still not working: I can't make outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.

Some VOIP providers recommend that you turn off the SIP ALG setting. On the BGW gateways, that setting is under Firewall > Firewall Advanced.

Thank you for the advice. I tried to turn off SIP ALG, but it's not working.

There doesn't seem to be much of a user interface on that ATA for diagnostics. You might want to do a factory reset and try setting it up from scratch.
BTW, you don't have to do anything for the outgoing ports, only the incoming ones.

Hello JefferMC,
Thank you so much. Your suggestions worked !!!
I did a factory reset and set it up from scratch. Then magic happened.
Thank you!
