My internet and Direct TV crashed the same day...ugh
The tech via phone was able to restore to TV locations, but 4 other receivers are not working. I told the rep that my internet was down too. I have a tech coming next week, will the same technician fixing my satellite also be fixing my internet? I am so frustrated, as I work from home. How could both go down the same day? It has to be related.

Do you have Fixed Wireless internet or hardwired internet.
Hardwired internet is an ATT employee not DirecTv tech.
Likely need to call 800-288-2020 to schedule repair for internet.
For something common I would consider power, circuit breaker, power loss, lighting strike or similar?
