Mulitple Outages and Line Burial Issue

I am now in the midst of my fourth service outage since switching to U-Verse from TWC last fall. This one has been caused by a line cut that is directly related to the fact that AT&T has never buried the cable running from my house and down the street to a junction box in front of another house. Still another neighbor has also never had their line buried so we've had AT&T's cables laying around in the street for months now.


I've complained and threatened and hollared about this with support as much as I care to. They say that it's scheduled to be resolved but I'm skeptical and with good reason. Aside from having a few bucks knocked off my bill, nothing has been done and I'm again without service for multiple days.


AT&T has accomplished what I once thought to be impossible. They've made TWC look competent. If anyone in management is paying attention to these boards, please do something about his. I'm at then end of my rope.
