Move buried cable temporarily
We are doing fencing repair that needs to be done ASAP as we have no fence between us and the neighbor right now. The fence contractors said that there are AT&T buried cables that need to be temporarily for them to continue working. I have already called the 811 number for them to mark all cables underground. I tried calling the Internet Services line, customer services line, and the buried cable line and they all kept on forwarding my call between them.

There would not likely be any temporary moving... if so, you would be responsible for all cost in both moving and replacing the line.
Best would most likely be to place the fence outside the easement area about 5 feet from current buried wiring.
