LucidLink being blocked by AT&T Fiber Firewall
Have been using cloud based storage program Lucid Link for a few months and have had no issues, until yesterday when I was disconnected suddenly. Can confirm it's AT&T because when I connect to mobile hotspot, Lucid works. Lucid support says I need to add the application to the firewall exception list but I cannot find that anywhere for the life of me. I need to make certain outbound connections on port 443 enabled. Can anyone please help me figure this out?

What Internet service and RG are you using?
Are you using any personal protection services (on the RG or on your end device)?
AT&T does not block outbound connections (port 443 is standard https btw, so you would have alot of other problems if that was being blocked).

I actually figured it out. Spent hours on the phone with AT&T, they were of absolutely zero help. Couldnt even tell me how to add an exception to my firewall list. Instead, on my own i figured maybe it was AT&T ActiveArmor causing the disconnection. I disabled it and voila, immediately could connect to Lucid. Just so

Yes, this post helped me! When I originally signed up for Lucid Link, I was able to connect and upload/download just fine. For whatever reason, a month later it had stopped working. I could log in and navigate through the folders, but whenever I tried to access a file (or upload/download anything from my Lucid domain) I would get disconnected. I found this post and logged into my AT&T SmartHomeManager app and saw that ActiveArmor was blocking the site. I created an exception for it and now it works again. THANK YOU!
