Issue with Service restoration in Palm Coast Florida

Our fiber has been down since 11/22 at 6:33 PM in Palm Coast and we can not get a direct answer as to when it will be restored. We keep being told that it will be 24 hours.

And you won't get any direct answers in here either, since we're mostly just customers like you.  And you won't get it from any source at AT&T including ATTHelp who hangs out in these forums.

That's because the people who actually work on issues like this don't get to talk with any public-facing AT&T dept.  Anything someone at AT&T tells you is either just speculation, or a lie designed to get you to go away.  Your only hope is if you see any AT&T trucks in the area.  Obviously the workers there know the problem and should be able to get you a time frame.

We understand how frustrating it is when your internet service isn't working like it should, @tavasko. We're here to help shed some light on the situation for you.

Generally speaking, when it comes to service interruptions, you can find any relevant information about the interruption (including an ETA for service restoration if it's available) on our outage page. If the website shows that you're no longer in an outage, please go ahead and restart your modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds and replugging it back in to try and refresh your connection.

We hope the information helps, and please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!

Yeah no, the outage page is not up to date, and since 11-22-2022 6:33 PM it states 24 hours to resolve

We understand the importance of having your internet service interruption restored, @tavasko.

Just a heads-up, if the status on a service outage is not up-to-date yet, it means there is no current update that is different from what was provided earlier on the outage page.

The page will be automatically updated once the technician working to restore your service completes the work.

We encourage you to check the outage page regularly to know when your service status changes and your service is restored.

We hope the information helps, and please feel free to reach back out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!
