Issue playing League on LAN server

Same issue!!! What is going on!!? It started as everyone else on that post about 4-5 days ago. Same thing can't connect to LAN , league technicians can't solve it. I can play using a hotspot or VPN, which should not be the case. Need some eyes on this please.
