Internet Speed Slow Only On One Computer

I've recently upgraded to AT&T 300 Mbps and I did get what I bargained for most of the devices in my household. Wifi getting around 250-300 and ethernet getting 300+. I have good speed on every device except for one, my personal computer, I'm currently connected through ethernet (cat5e), and I can barely get 100 Mbps. I thought it had to do with the range, but I tested the speed using my phone at the location of my computer which got ~260 Mbps, but my wired connection only gets 90-100.
P.S. : My computer is the only one on windows 10, I'm not sure if that could be a factor.

Edit : I think it has to do with the cable, I've just checked my ethernet speed and it's capped at 100.0 Mbps, while my other pc has 1.0 Gbps, should I upgrade to a cat6 because my personal PC is decently far away from my modem.

Hello @KietA710

What speed test did you run? Try running this test here if this is not the one you used. Please provide us with results.

Is all programs up to date on PC?

Some simple points I will mention.

  1. Prevent programs from automatically running when you start up your computer. ...
  2. Delete/uninstall programs you don't use. ...
  3. Clean up hard disk space. ...
  4. Save old pictures or videos to the cloud or external drive. ...
  5. Run a disk cleanup or repair. ...
  6. Changing the power plan of your desktop computer to High Performance.

Let me share an awesome info-graphics which helps.
