Internet is slow for me
2 days ago, we upgraded fiber 300 to 500, the internet speed of my dad’s iPhone is 400mbps, but my phone is always 20mbps as before. When I update something, play games or watch videos are pretty slow, sometimes I have to use my data to do all things. I don’t understand why, is there anything way to solve this issue??

What smartphone do you currently have, brand and model please and what smartphone does your Dad have?
Have you tried to forget your current Wi-Fi connection on your smartphone and then setup as a new Wi-Fi connection. Unless you get a new faster Wi-Fi router then you should expect the same speeds since only the speed cap changed from 300 Mbps to 500 Mbps.

I use iPhone 13 Pro Max, my dad use iPhone 11 pro max. I just forgot my Wi-Fi connection and reconnected, even restarted my phone. but it doesn’t have any change. What else should I do?
