Internet going down every day for hours
I've called Att a half dozen times attempting to figure out why this areas internet(not just mine) has gone out for the past 4 days for hours on end. Not only did everyone who answered the phone have no clue- they also said not even a manager would know. Not one of them cared about losing me as a customer to Charter communications. What is wrong with your company?

I am experiencing the same issue. Outage map confirms AT&T is aware, yet offers no information regarding the issue or expected time of resolution. I have signed up for text/phone alerts about service interruption but have received no communication from the company about this ongoing outage, now in its 3rd day. Poor communication equals poor customer service, AT&T. I am very unimpressed and very dissatisfied.
