Internet Gateway reverted to original name and password
In the middle of the night last night, our internet gateway "forgot" the name and password we assigned to it at set up. None of the devices connected to it through that name and password are no longer connected. When I check my phone for available networks, the gateway shows with the original name and password it came with. In the AT&T SmartHome manager, the gateway is still named what we assigned it and the password is the one we gave it. I have no clue what happened in the middle of the night to cause it to revert back. It is almost as if the gateway and our SmartHome manager are no longer connected.

AT&T usually pushes firmware updates in the middle of the night. They aren't supposed to reset the gateway to defaults but we've been seeing reports of that happening more recently.
You should be able to go into the gateway's UI at http://192.168.1.254/cgi-bin/wconfig.ha and change the SSID and passwords back to what you had before. Don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Note that Smart Home Manager is a horrible piece of code and often goes brain dead or just starts making stuff up. Maybe this change will make it happy again, who knows.
