Intermittently internet fiber optic Miami 33165
Internet service keep dropping off. Customer service said is the router. My neighbor has the same issue at the same time. It is not the router. Unbelievable the same issue occurred March 5th and now again. It is not that we are paying for the service, it is that internet is vital and imprescindible.
The worst part is that Att Customer service doesn’t know or does want to recognize that there is something failing on their equipments. As
a customer at least I deserve to know an estimate date when it will be fixed.
How many more days with this interruption ? Keeping customer blind when there is an interruption of service is a very very bad way to conduct business. Also when Customer service is telling you that you have a router failing. And my neighbors routers are failing at the same time ?? What a coincidence that after 4pm all routers are failing.!!!
I will appreciate somebody opinion.

Hey, @Jmbs From our online tool we can see that you are a part of an active outage so that you can stay up to date Also, here is a link that has some tips on how to restart the gateway Once the outage is over you can stay up to date with the service interruption in your area using our Outage tool, plus you can sign up for text alerts.
In the event that you receive notice that services should be back up and running in your area ,but still find yourself without connection, we suggest Rebooting you Equipment. This can help refresh your connection to the network and is suggested after any service interruption.
Here is what you'll need to do :
1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
An internal battery backup
DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
2. Wait 20 Seconds
3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
4. Plug the power cord back in if you have DSL service, reconnect The phone cord.
5. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your broadband light to turn solid green .this can take up to 10 minutes.

Thanks Alexis for your attention. I already got a call from an Att service , Ronald, he said the schedule to come by my home May 30th and also told me that there is an outage. I hope outage can be over soon and don’t have to wait till May/30th. Thanks again.
