Intermittent internet drops

I am experiencing Intermittent internet connectivity issues with my Gig speed internet on a BGW210-700. These drops in internet connectivity last anywhere from 20-40 seconds, and each time my internal network if fine and all the lights on the modem are green. I have tried resting the modem a gone through all the help topics on this. Also tried the "Fix now" button on the website but it errors out with the following issue.

Not sure what to do next as this has been happen for weeks now.

I am also experiencing this problem. Internet 1000 fiber optic has been  disappointing (rarely see the speeds I expect); but after 11 months, I wonder if I would notice any difference if I chose 500 or 100.

But lately, I have been tempted to cancel (especially after reading so many forum posts about ongoing inconsistent service). WiFi calls are dropping- 4-5 times if the call I am on is  15-30 minutes. This should not be happening with 1000 mbps internet. My first thought is that it is a problem with ATT router or ATT repeater. However, in this forum details many complaints with same problem - which got no better after several routers and service calls. Has the problem been diagnosed properly by ATT? And if so, what was the  fix? My year is up at Christmas. Maybe I need to cancel and move on to another carrier.

I have this same issue with the service(300mbps) dropping out for a brief few seconds and it is enough to lose server connections for streaming, video calls, games, movies streams, etc... I have had techs out twice and both the Modem and Gateway/ONT? replaced. One tech eve re-spliced the physical connection in the box on the side of the house.

This may sound weird, but it seems to happen most when there are days of temperature swings that go between mid/upper 60's to over 80. As the outside temp heats up during the mid-morning, this is when it starts to happen the most and then when it is cooling down in the evening. This would put it around 9:15am-10:30am and then in the range of 8:00pm-10:00pm. I can 'wiggle' the fiber-to-fiber connector outside and it performs for a longer time before the next interrupt. At this point, I believe it is failing because of a mechanical connection being impacted by temperature change. I know, sounds weird. In the winter, I have zero issues when it stays below 70. Spring/Fall are the worst and cooler summers. This impacts all my devices, both hardwired and Wifi.

Anybody else happen to notice a temperature correlation and have a box on the outside of their house?(I think some are inside depending on year installed)
