If I switch to the internet 1000 plan will the download & upload speed increase?

So I use an xfinity plan and i get 20 mbps as download speed and 1.25 mbps for upload speed . If I switch to the internet 1000 plan will the download and the upload speed increase? If so, by about how much? Will it be enough to stream video games at a high quality
