I have the 210 modem, but many of my network devices cannot see eachother
I have AT@T Fiber, I got provided with a BWG-210 Modem/Router with Wireless, but many of my equipment cannot see each other in the network, for example My 4k 65' Vizio that is connected to the wireless is not reachable from my iPhone 11 Pro, when I try to use the VizioCast application or cast from any other app,, or using a laptop or another smart phone, My wireless printer something disappear when I try to perform a print from a variety of equipment in the same network. I don't know what else to do.
On top of that, my speed test has never pass the 450mbps when I have the 1gbps (to be capable of 950) even when connected with the network, I chat with another tech that perform a variety of troubleshooting that the last was a update over his end, I told to reset my equipment's 4hours after and I did it, still same result.

We're here to help, @henrysantana
Just to clarify, do you have any other equipment set up with your modem, and do you have any settings changed on your modem?
Are all of these devices connected on the same Wi-Fi signal? If so, are they connected via your 5ghz Wi-Fi signal, or your 2.4ghz signal?
Let us know, we look forward to hearing back from you!

Yes, I have at least 12 more devices connected to the modem, they are on majority connected over the 5GHz, I don't have any changes on the modem, I even reset the modem to factory default, nothing change.
The Vizio TV is connected to the internet as I can access and ran the built-in apps but I cannot get to it, some scenarios: I cannot control it to the app, but built-in apps work and I cannot mirror or cast to it.
Same is happening with my printer when I try to do wireless print from my phone or computer.
The weird part is that this happens sporadic, except for the TV.

Have you tried switching from the 5Ghz Wi-Fi signal to 2.4Ghz? It could help strengthen the connection and allow your devices to detect each other better.
Also, what troubleshooting options did Tech Support try when you called? We want to make sure we don't recommend something that you've already tried.
We'll be awaiting your response.
