Let's get your internet working better, @SteveFeinstein!
You can reboot the ONT by unplugging the power supply for a few minutes and plugging it back in.
Are you having trouble with your internet? We recommend using our Smart Home Manager app for troubleshooting tips. If you scroll down to where it says Smart Home Manager features, it'll have instructions for you!
Please let us know if this helps!

What if the ONT is locked or otherwise inaccessible?
I’m having intermittent but consistent short outages. I want to debug all layers of my network stack before deciding it’s an AT&T problem (87.5% sure it is at this point)

Thanks for the reply, @SteveFeinstein!
If the ONT is inaccessible then we would need to get a tech out there to gain access.
I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps recommended in the previous post before trying to get a tech out. If you'd like to get an appointment scheduled, just let us know!

If the ONT is in an outside area, there is an indoor power supply (white) that supplies power to the unit... unplug the power supply from power should reboot the unit provided there is not a battery inside the power supply designed to keep the unit running for up to 4 hours during a power failure.
possibly something like this...
