How to get some service please?
After our neighborhood was dug up to install the new Giga-power fibers, we decided to try this new service. We purchased internet service one month ago and while the installation was timely, we are now going on day 9 without any service. We have spent countless hours on the phone with call centers which give us a different story every time, no less than 4 supervisors who "would be calling to follow-up" only to never hear from them and two technicians who came out to the house and basically shrugged and left after 2 hrs of trying to "troubleshoot". Our 3rd technician didn't even bother to show up for our appt this evening or call to cancel. Meanwhile, we've gone over on our data from needing to use our cell phones for Internet and there is no resolution is sight and anyone even offering to help us. Anyone out there to help us get some service please?!?!
