Hot Spot Included with Fiber Plan - How to Use?
We have the 'AT&T Internet 100' plan. I just noticed it says about the plan: "INCLUDED! Access to the national AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot Network, at no extra charge"
But I cannot find a single thing about how to get it and use it. Looking for article or video on how to setup and use hot spot.

The hot spots are only at vendors that have it set up. For instance, you may visit a McDonald’s and notice a WiFi named att WiFi. You can log into it at no additional cost. It’s not a cellular hot spot that you can set up. It’s just at random locations across the United States.

Everybody with a phone can get wi-fi at McDonalds, Starbucks etc.....I dont get it, there's got to be more to it than that?
