Hikvision DVR connection to BGW320 problem

I have set the port forwarding and it seems to work but seems like there is no outgoing trafic allowed through the modem. The ddns cannot update the addres and the Hik Connect app is unable to communicate to the recorder. This has usually happened if the dns address has not been specified.  I have always used 8.8.8.8 without problems but a working system will not work when connected to new Att fibre router. I am also using the 192.168.1.254 as the IPv4 gateway address. There is another gateway address 108.195.x.x listed as IPv4 gateway in the broadband status page in the router. I have used both with no luck. Any help or advise would be appreciated. My system is dead and I am considering going back to Xfinity if I can get ATT to work. Thanks

You would need to open a CMD in Administrator mode.  Right-Click on the CMD icon on the Task Bar, right click on Command Prompt, choose "Run as Administrator".  Then it should let you do the ROUTE DELETE in that window.

The output of the IPCONFIG /ALL command shows the PC's IPv4 address (at time of screenshot) as 192.168.1.73.  Which is backed up by the IF column in the ROUTE PRINT.

Is that top rule still showing in your ROUTE PRINT?

(The one that says:

        0.0.0.0      0.0.0.0    On-link    192.168.1.73  281

)

If the Interface is different (because the IP has changed), use that Interface instead of 192.168.1.73 after the IF.  If everything matches...

I don't know
