Hi there, Randy1973! Let's get this resolved for you.

Using this article: Trouble Gaming & High Ping - Help from the AT&T Community it will give you some tips and tricks to improve your gaming experience. As well as, if you could please answer some questions for us.

  1. What is your NAT (Network Access Translation) Type? Sometimes a strict or closed NAT can cause the logging issue as well as the display of the stats and visual graphics.
  2. Have you through about having both consoles being on the same network type? Having both consoles on the same network type can help improve the gaming plus it does improve the stability of the game. Ethernet is always a best choice when it comes to gaming, because it is a physical connection.
  3. Have you talked to PlayStation about this? PSN(PlayStation Network) has a variety of support options for you from their own knowledgebase. There could be another user that is having or had the same concern and they have already resolved it.
  4. Also have you checked out this great forums article to make sure that your connection settings are correct: Troubleshooting your PlayStation? That article will go over how to connect your consoles to the network as well as to make sure that you both are have the correct connection settings.

So please check these articles and trips and tricks out and please let us know if there is anything else that you need.

Thank you posting on the AT&T Community Forums.
