The Private Message sent back on this problem was an example of the worst customer service possible.

Thank you for the information as well as letting me know what has been done so far.
After reaching out to my support for them to look into the trace route logs you have provided, they have found the only time they saw a problem with the latency was when it went over 100ms.  From the trace routes, the issue was between the 10th -11th hop, which is outside of the AT&T network.  Other than the latency, the other traces show less than 100ms, which is good!

I hope this helps! Best regards,
Katie, AT&T Community Specialist

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Just restate the problem and say "its good!" You should be ashamed AT&T.... ashamed... This is NOT rocket science for a Network Engineer... GET THIS PROBLEM TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS NETWORKING!!!

We'd (the original poster and myself) be happy to provide the original logs to a qualified network engineer if AT&T wants to try and provide real support to fix their infrastructure issues.
