Gateway WiFi dropping out

My ATT Fiber service is fine, and devices connected via ethernet receive the signal no problem. However, the wifi signal has been intermittently cutting out over the last couple of weeks, rendering phones and tablets on the network almost unusable.

Over the last week, I have repeatedly reset the Gateway and run diagnostics, and it reports back with no problems/issues. It's refusing login to its IP address via web browsers as well. This is an older modem from years ago when it provided U-verse services and I would like it replaced. Please advise.

I am experiencing the same issue. This has been going on now for weeks. The 800 288-2020 number hasn't resolved the issue, but reports that no problem is found. My fiber internet goes out like clockwork...everyday between 7:15 - 7:30 pm.  What happened to customer service?  Tired of getting the runaround using this Automatic Response System.  I'd like a replacement gateway modem!!!
