Gateway cycles everyday even after reset

Lights go to blinking red every day 6-6:15 pm (6 days in row now). Unplug and reset fixes this about 1/4 the time, but rest of time we get to go thru same process again about 7:15 pm and often again later in evening.  Happened again while I was typing this! Help!
