Gateway Connection Lost June 2022
The SmartHome app says my gateway connection is lost, so I can’t see and manage all our devices. AND I can’t see my extenders the tech installed for me (probably bc they’re not from AT&T?). I have reset the router using the button and by unplugging it. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Cleared all the caches. Followed the instructions from the other posts about this issue.
Why can’t I re-establish the connection?

We understand that you're having trouble with seeing your devices via the Smart Home Manager SharonSP.
We would suggest that you try factory resetting your router to see if that helps.
Please let us know if that works for you.
