Gateway Connection Error after a power outage

After a power outage I start getting the Gateway Connection Error on my smart app. This is the steps I have taken to fix it in order. Can someone tell me where I went wrong because I still have the error.
- Unplugged the modem for 30 seconds
- Waited 10 minutes
- Reset modem
- Reset both bandwidths
- Uninstalled app
- Reinstalled app
- Logged back in
- Still not working

only 1 app is giving you this error or you don't have internet at all?

I have internet. It is just the error on the app.
