Maybe I got a refurbished 5268AC gateway but it will not allow me to enter the ACCESS CODE that is printed on the side of the gateway. Every time it says LOGIN FAILED.

AT&T does not have a clue and only suggestion is to get a new gateway.

So, my question is, how do you find out the current ACCESS code connected with this box? Thought about calling PACE but not sure they can help either.

Any ideas? Recommendations? Others having the same problem?

Hi @Kevlar,

You might try to resetting your gateway by pushing the red button for 10 seconds to reset to factory settings. Also make sure you are using upper case letters. Hope this helps!

Hard reset did not work.

Had to get replacement gateway.
