G-240G-A
The user manual states "Support local web GUI for the ONU
authentication password configuration
from LAN side", however it does not provide a method for
accessing the GUI. Does anyone have a complete user and
configuration manual for this device?

You do not access the ATT ONT to make changes....
If having issue with the ONT, call to schedule a service appointment.
I would suspect the G240 would be replaced with a G010 ONT.

As a Canadian user of this piece of equipment, by Canadian Federal law I am entitled to access to the operating system, like any other Cisco, Bay networks etc. I am a retired Communications Specialist (voice / data) with well over 32 years BCTel / TELUS. I have a TELUS access account and all equipment on the customer side is customer provided including the ONT. Unfortunately it came without paperwork from a U.S. supplier. So does anyone out there have a complete technical manual which should have been provided.

You may want to make a request to the manufacture... Nokia
ATT UVERSE techs in the 21 state US footprint, and their customers receive only the ONT and its power supply. What a tech receives from the supply chain is what is provided to the end user. There is no documentation provided.
IF your in Canada, may wish to make a request to the Canadian provider of the product in question.

The Nokia G-240G-A Optical Network Terminal (ONT) with four Gigabit Ethernet, two POTS is part of the industry-leading Nokia 7368 ISAM ONT product family and is compatible with the Nokia 7342/7360 ISAM FTTx product line. It is designed to deliver triple play services in a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) environment to single family units where multiple Ethernet and voice ports are required. The Nokia ONTs terminate the Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) fiber interface compliant with a Full Service Access Network (FSAN).
Just my thoughts...
edit... to my knowledge ATT considers the ONT to be part of their network, not customer side. The customer handoff would be the ethernet cable from the ONT to the gateway. Therefore the gateway would be customer side equipment.
Again recommend reaching out to the manufacture or the Canadian supplier, not USA ATT. This forum is for users to communicate with other users.

If it is designed to deliver triple-play services in a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) environment to a single family unit why it has four Gigabit Ethernet? Isn't the customer RG connect to one Gigabit Ethernet port? I am curious to know why the other three ports.
Thank you

In the early days not every customer needed 1 Gbps. So in MDU (apartment building) multiple customers could be served on a single ONT.
Over the years fewer and fewer ports were included for Ethernet or POTS.
