Frequent disconnects - BGW320 Fiber 1000
Hello, I’m having frequent disconnects on my internet that range from 30 seconds to a few minutes multiple times per hour. At first I thought it was my router (ASUS XT8) and replaced it with the Eero Wi-Fi 6 Pro system. This yielded similar results. I also noticed my speeds cap around 200-250mbps but if I were to use the built in BGW320 Wi-Fi I can hit the 700-800s. Unfortunately I can’t rely on the built in Wi-Fi as it doesn’t reach my bottom floor, which is why I went with a mesh Wi-Fi solution. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and found a resolution?

We can help you with these frequent disconnections, WannaManapua.
Since you're using 3rd party equipment, such as the Eero Wi-Fi system, we suggest that you set up IP Passthrough. IP Passthrough is an alternative to using bridged mode and should provide a more stable connection while you're using your mesh system.
If your Internet is still disconnecting several times an hour, we suggest contacting the manufacturers of your 3rd party routers to see what they recommend.
Thanks for contacting the Community Forums team. If you need help with anything else, let us know.

We're having the same drop-out problems ever since we switched to fiber cable, (at AT&T's urging). We had no such problems with the old coax (or whatever it was) cable. We are using the AT&T modem that was installed along with the new cable. They have a lot of gall to want to bill us for an "improvement" that was their idea.

Same issue here, IP passthrough did not work, disabled packet filtering, all firewall options, factory reset all devices in home, updated drivers, replaced 1 gateway, currently on our second, have our 3rd on the way.
Tech came out, could not find the issue, we were able to trigger it but couldnt figure out what was going on, image of the issue below (from a 2020 Chromebook) We did however replace all interior fiber cables (in case one was broken) yielded no positive results.
Service got escalated today, we're getting the third gateway. So im hoping we were lucky and got two bad gateways, small chance, but possible.
Heres a link to my post, in case anyone else is having the same issue, or don't see an answer that works on here.
