Fiber install will or connect

We had fiberoptic installed 6 days ago... Since then we have not had a full day of internet service! Our att wifi now will not connect at all as of last night.. After several calls to ATT all week long, we are exhausted!! A tech came out last week and took a look and left, no explanation at all. We are one step shy of switching back to Comcast. Any help is appreciated

Please answer the following questions, it will give us an idea of the issue. Also, to the right you will see a link about improving slow speeds. Click on that and check out the TroubleShoot your router link.

Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
What wired speeds speeds are you getting with only one device connected?
How many devices are connected at one time?
What is around the modem? Any electronics or speakers?
Where is the modem located?
Is there a specific time you experience loss of speed?
is the modem plugged into a surge protector?
Does the modem blink red?
