fiber gateway disconnects from internet
Intermittently our AT&T Fiber gateway, BGW320-500, disconnects from the internet then intermittently reconnects until the gateway is rebooted. Is this a bad Gateway? is there any easy solution?

Only thing we can suggest is to run the diagnostics on your gateway using the web UI at http://192.168.1.254 or call 1-800-288-2020 and let the self-tests run to see if there is a problem with your gateway and have a replacement gateway sent to you.

As the techs in my area say
"Its likely low or high light levels, bent fiber cable, or a bad gateway, possibly the connectors needing cleaning."
I'd set up a tech visit to be honest with you, because sadly that's about the only way to get much of anything resolved with att.
