Exceeded Easement

AT&T have been putting U-Verse Lines in destroying my subdivision.  We have a 10' utility easement in our front yards, and they placed the box approximately 15 feet in my yard.  Do I have the right to dig up this box and cut these lines since I did not give my permission for this encroachment?

... but you do have the right to either negotiate a settlement for a new easement that includes it, or have it moved into the easement.
