DVR not seeing or hooking up with my modem. Not ATT.

I have already called about issue and was told a lot of customers were having the same issue and would get fixed soon. That was 2 months ago. What is the problem?

Yolicast, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your DVR. This is not something we like to hear. I'd like to investigate for you, please send me a private message.
