Downgraded and forced to return BGW-320 for 210
Hi,
I had 2.5gbps for over a year and decided to cut some costs and downgrade to 300/300mbps. Some reason after I submitted the change ATT decided to ship me a BGW-210 and told me I needed to swap and ship back the BGW-320 or be billed for it. Seems pretty silly and annoying when all I wanted was to save some $. Now they expect me to swap and reschedule a tech to re-install the on-wall ONT that was removed when I got the BGW-320.
Is this normal?

AT&T's order system is sending out BGW210s on fiber service change orders, even when the customer is upgrading from 1 to 2 Gbps. It's a flaw in their order system that's been going on for months (I'm thinking over a year) and they seem powerless to fix it. Return the BGW 210 to them, keep the BGW 320.

Thanks for reply - I did exactly that. I just hope they don't go and randomly charge me for not shipping the 320.
