Hello @SallyAH,
We'd be happy to answer your questions for you. Just to verify, when you say "satellite internet service", are you referring to AT&T Fixed Wireless Internet, which provides a broadband connection through an external antenna pulling the signal from AT&T cellular towers?
If so, then a VPN connection is not possible. A VPN requires a Static IP to function, and Static IPs are not currently supported on Fixed Wireless Internet.
Have you checked recently if a more standard AT&T Internet connection is available at your location so you can receive a Static IP? You can check using our Availability Tool, which will also suggest great offers and bundles for your address!
Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We;'re always happy to help!

Hello @SallyAH,
AT&T supports a secure Wi-Fi VPN for AT&T Mobile, and more info in regards to that can be found on our support page.
When you’re referring to AT&T supporting a specific VPN, are you talking about it in regards to a VPN software on PC?
Please let us know.

Hey! I have same problems with AT&T support a VPN connection( but i want suggest you solve the problem. I am use VeePN this VPN is very impressive on the performance front, with excellent speeds across a wide range of server locations. And that’s obviously a major advantage for anyone who downloads large files. In addition, P2P is available with unlimited bandwidth on all servers
