I get this message on my TV's and my phone's and tablets 3-4 times a day.

Hello @trucked1,
We're sorry to read of trouble with your connection. Check out this thread on Troubleshoot your Router and Wi-Fi and try going through some of the tips on connection to resolve this issue. Depending on the whether its a flashing red or solid red light, you might want to either Restart or Factory Reset your device. You can go to this thread that goes over How to Restart and Factory Reset your Gateway. Let us know if you have any questions.

Since this is a fiber thread my guess would be poor light levels at the ONT.

Very nice AT&T tech came today and said everything looks ok in the house because just 3 weeks ago a tech replaced the DVR and Modem. Wi-Fi box is at least 4ft from anything. So he went up to the main box on the street and changed the card he said. So now we will finally see if this fixes the, "LOSING NETWORK PROBLEM". I'll keep ya'll updated and let ya know.
