Defective wireless router?
Even after the system (and a tech visit) verified that the modem was receiving a strong signal from my fiber, my wireless signal still drops frequently throughout the day (twice yesterday afternoon, already once this morning). In a household with 2 teachers working online and holding class over Zoom, this is a HUGE problem (and one we never experienced using Comcast with our own wireless router and modem). How do I go about replacing/swapping out my modem/wireless router for a new one? This is terrible.
