Damage after Sub's installed Fiber Optic through my back yard.

Hi,

To Whom it may concern,

The contractors that installed Fiber Optics through my back yard broke my Sprinkling System in Two places. 

I have miss placed the Door Hanger for the number to call to report this issue. Please Call me ASAP regarding this issue

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we're here to assist with your Property Damage inquiry.

 

AT&T claims are handled through Sedgwick, our claims administrator. Access this article on Property Damage Claims, for further information and steps to file a claim.

 

To file a new claim, have the following information available:

  • Location- The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos- Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged.

Once the administrator receives the information for your claim, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.
