Continued outage with zero support

Fiber outage since Tuesday. Only lies from AT&T. Keep promising they are working on it and I can assure you there is NO ONE working on it. Have only seen Spectrum trucks in community. Posted on here two days ago and I was asked to private message. I did. No response from anyone on here either. Issue is clear and I have tried to explain to the 25 different agents I have spoken too. Construction next door to me has cut a line and heavy machinery going back and forth through yard has probably crushed the buried box. ATT keep saying it’s a network outage with no ETA for repair. They need to physically come out but they won’t because someone has put the wrong info in their system. Several of my neighbors and myself have all contracted Spectrum to set up new service. This has gone on too long with no answer in site. ATT customer service is horrendous and does nothing but lie to get you off the phone. I’ve also just taken this to Twitter.

I believe I am your neighbor and am equally frustrated by this situation. I am a small business owner who has been unable to run my business for nearly four days during the busiest time of year for retail/service - Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.

I have been an ATT customer for decades and this is the worst experience with service/responsiveness I have ever had. And it’s a sad commentary when a neighbor comments before ATT.  We should all join together and call Spectrum to set up service - they’ve been here daily.

Yes, you are! No relief in site! I chased down an ATT truck that was in the neighborhood today, but not here for our outage. He was as helpful as he could be, but unfortunately was equally as frustrated with ATT after reaching out to them himself. There is still no ETA for the outage. As you know it’s been 5 days. We have Spectrum set up for Monday install. We missed five days of work due to this outage, as you know all too well. I still got nothing from anyone on ATT on this forum. I’ve really never seen anything like it.

The dept that knows what is going on is walled off from anyone you can talk to at AT&T.  It's just the stupid way AT&T has everything set up.  That leads to the "support" people you can talk to, if pressed, lying to you about details and ETAs.  AT&T seems content to leave this system in place despite the fact that they can clearly see what a customer satisfaction debacle it becomes.
