Constant pauses while on WiFi
I recently had the 1GB internet service installed. I have an office in the back of my house that has a hardwired connection. My problem is with the WiFi coming off of the Fiber modem. The speeds test just fine. The problem is there are constant pauses on all WiFi devices. Web pages pauses up to 20 seconds before loading, the games I play pause the same way on our iPads. I have a Netgear Nighthawk modem for wireless out in the office. Zero issues with pausing on the devices when I'm out there, everything loads seamlessly. Why is the pausing so horrible when I'm on the Fiber wireless?

Hey, @cecilnarron. We'd be glad to help get your Wi-Fi back up to par.
Since you're having no trouble with wired connections, or with Wi-Fi on your 3rd party router, it seems that the issue lies solely with your gateway's Wi-Fi. If you haven't already, we'd recommend Rebooting your Gateway to see if there's any improvement. Another thing you can try is running through our Smart Home Manager to see if it can detect any anomalies on the network, and it also has an option to change your Wi-Fi channel, which is definitely something you should try.
