Connection drops for every 1 minute past 10pm every single day.

I've had ATT for over 10 years and have never had a problem like this. It started around 2 months ago where Id be playing my games on my pc at night and id just get the connection interrupted for 10 seconds then it'll come back, ill play for a minute, and then it'll do the same thing for 10 seconds and it has been doing this every single night. During the day the connection is fine. I've looked up countless fixes but nothing seems to work, I've gotten a new att modem, I've factory reset my router, I've tried to configure settings on the router. Nothing works at all I've talked to countless customer support but they say everything looks good on their end, this is the most frustrating thing ever because I get on my pc at night. I've had a technician come to my house and when he used his machine everything was up so it seems like no one can fix this issue. I'm using ethernet btw.

We'd be happy to help you with your Ethernet connection, @Leado.

We see that you've tried replacing your router, factory resetting the router, and even had a technician come out to see what's going on, but the matter persists.

Help us make sure we've exhausted all possibilities by answering the following questions:

  • Are any devices other than your PC struggling to keep a connection?
  • When the technician came out, did they check inside and outside your home?

The more details we have, the easier it will be to determine what to do next.

We'll be awaiting your response.
