Connecting to Shark Vacum Robot

Shark Vac manual says must be connected to a 2.4GHz network.  My Vac was working fine until AT&T installed fiber which included a new modem (BGW320-500).  Shark Vac doesn't want to pair up with my iPhone now.  Does BGW320-500 operate at 2.4Ghz or some higher value?  And is my Shark Vac useless if it can only operate on a 2.4GHz network?

You may have to assign different names to the 2.4Ghz and the 5.0Ghz bands.

Is that something easily done by me, the user?  Or must I have AT&T Tech support to do that?

Thank you.  Set us the new SSID yesterday, and will be trying to link the Vac to it today.

Did that work? I am having the same issue. At the same time I stitched from Sprint to Att wireless and now have 5G so I’m not sure what of the two might be the issue.
