computer connecting to router but will not log into internet
I moved my computer to a new location this afternoon and am trying to log into our new ATT service. Computer was working fine with the previous location’s ATT service when I shut it down this afternoon.
All of our smart tvs, ipad, & phones (both I-phone & Android) log in with no problems.
The computer recognizes the router, but will not accept the password.
I’ve done a network reset on the computer, followed with a shut down and restart.
Reset the modem. Did a factory reset on the modem as well and it still will not recognize the factory password. Even after using the WPS button. Computer tells me it’s receiving info from router, but then tells me the password is incorrect. I’ve done the WPS before and after the network reset on the computer. I’m not sure what else to do. ???
