Thank you, I figured it out myself after being on hold and transferred around to 5 different people, then call was dropped after 3+ hours with no call back.
ConnecTech said it couldn't be done or I had to get a static ip address or they would send me a new router.
Oh, puuhhhlease, guys. it's a simple change. It doesn't require ConnecTech. It's not dangerous.
