Chamberlain garage door setup

Just updated to fiber and have arris router. When upgrading my garage door opener to a chamberlain with smartiq the unit cannot create and is rejected by the router. 


Chamberlain in attempted to correct and noted to call the provider.  Any insights on settings that can make this work?

There is a great tool called Troubleshoot your Internet. The tool troubleshoots slow, intermittent, or lost Internet connections either resolving or advising on how to resolve.
