Can't connect to this network

For some time now, my laptop has been unable to connect to our bgw210 gateway and the only way for it to connect is by unplugging and plugging the gateway. I have restarted it via Ethernet and tried to see if my drivers or windows was out of date and so far nothing has worked. I also tried connecting via wps but it doesn't work either.

Hi @ARedGuy12,

I am sorry about the problems you are having with your laptop, but I will be glad to help. For testing purposes, you may want to change the network name, network key, and security type of your WiFi connection. Note: When doing this, it will cause all your other devices to disconnect until it is changed back. See if it connects with the new settings. If it does, the issue may be due with your device having issues retaining the network information, and hopefully, changing it will fix that issue. If still having problems, try doing a static setup by manually configuring your internet connection and manually inputting the IP address, default gateway (192.168.1.254), and subnet mask (255.255.255.0). Let us know how it goes.
