Can stay connected on video meetings - zoom, teams, go, google meet

I get disconnected from all video meetings.  I have tried 3 different laptop computers - windows 10 and 2 IOS.  I get disconnected from Zoom, Google Meet,  Teams, and go.  It happens every time.  I have reset the router and reset all of my devices.  I also unplug or turn off all of the devices I am not using.

We recommend that you optimize your internet speed, this will help to boost the internet speed.

Please try prioritizing one of the connected devices in the Smart Home Manager with the below steps:

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager.
  2. Click on the 'Connected Devices' options at the bottom.
  3. You will see the list of connected devices.
  4. Click on the star icon to prioritize the device or click on the device name and then click on prioritize.

Download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play store. Or, manage your network using Smart Home Manager from your computer.

Once you prioritize the device, please test the speed of your internet and, check if you are still facing issue with application.
