Can I use laptop to make phone calls over Uverse Wifi?
I use NextGen lead service. When a lead comes in to me, the number is ready to click and dial.
How can I do this with the laptop over Uverse Wifi, or can i?

Unfortunately not. You can use your computer or TV to dial and pick up the phone. You can find more information here.
