Blinking red light on front of my fiber modem

Came home to no network and a blinking red light on my modem. Only had the service about two months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try restarting your BGW320. A couple of ways: 1. unplug power, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. 2. Press Small Reset button on the back of the BGW320 (Press and release). If you hold it for more than 10 seconds the BGW320 will be Reset to Factory defaults.

Details on the Service LED Flashing Red:

Fast Blink—approximately 2-3 blinks per second - There is a network service issue which may require AT&T intervention. This may be a momentary problem; please see if there is a service outage in your area using Smart Home Manager (SHM) app or myAT&T on a mobile device. Try rebooting your Gateway.

Slow Blink –approximately 1 blink every 2 seconds - Your Gateway does not have a broadband connection. Please check for a loose, disconnected, or damaged cable, and then press and hold the Red reset button for less than 10 seconds.

Browsing to "http://neverssl.com", which will cause the gateway to return an offline intercept page, may provide some limited additional info as well.
