BGW210 - Port Forwarding error - Cannot connect to the SDB!

I'm trying to setup Port Forwarding on the BGW 210. I've done it before on the same model, but for some reason, on this particular unit, every time I try to Add a new service under NAT/GAMING, I'm getting this error:

Cannot connect to the SDB!

Then, the router loses connection and resets itself.

I've already done a factory reset and I'm tech savvy.

Any ideas?

Most probably a bad gateway. Call customer care and get a new one.

We want to try to help, @blue2007.

It's possible that there is some sort of hardware failure or fault in the BGW210 that's giving you the error, as @SuperMario87 recommended, but we recommend checking to see if port forwarding has been enabled using our Port Forwarding Tool.

Our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool may be able to diagnose any equipment problems that could be present, so we recommend checking that out as well if the Port Forwarding Tool doesn't help.

Let us know if this works, or if you have any other questions or concerns.
